Media registration for mtm Europe opens on Wednesday, 20 May. All media, who register by Friday, 26 June will be sent a ‘Yummy Europe Box’. You can still register after that date – in fact, right up until Sunday, 12 July – but you will not qualify for that box of treats. No registrations can be accepted after the closing date. Participation is not automatic: your registration must first be approved.
You can register in three easy steps:
Click to register now.
If any information is either missing or unclear, we will get back to you. We have the right to decline any registration if the relevant profile does not meet the organiser’s requirements.
Validation and information emails will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add this address to the Safe Senders List in your preferred email application to avoid missing out on any information.
We’re aware that COVID-19 has changed the way we all go about things and made planning ahead a little more difficult these days.
Places are limited, so any media representatives who need to cancel should let us know as soon as possible, so that someone else can take their place. Those who registered to receive the ‘Yummy Europe Box’ must cancel no later than Sunday, 21 June. Those who were not in time to receive the box may cancel up until Sunday, 12 July, the closing date for registration. Any request for cancellation must be made in writing, by email to email@example.com.
Setting up meetings and building your own personalised agenda is easy at mtm Europe. This workshop is all about bringing tourism stakeholders and media representatives together, whoever you are and whatever your field of interest.
When registering, be sure to indicate that you are a media representative. Then, enter your personal and company information. Describe the media and publications you work for. This will serve as your business card for this event.
Once you have created your profile, you will receive an email confirming that your information has been received. When the meeting calendar opens three weeks before the event, you’re free to set up appointments with the partners of your choice.
Once you’ve been approved, you can use our search feature to filter the type of profile you’re interested in and save the relevant profiles to your favourites list.
When the meeting schedule facility opens, you may request appointments, message the relevant partners and accept or decline incoming requests.
As you continue, your own agenda will show all the meetings you have set up with the relevant profiles. You will also see any sessions that are still pending acceptance. So, all the information you need will be in one place: your very own guide to mtm Europe 2020.
